Implants:

They are metallic elements or products that are made up of different pieces. They are surgically placed in the supporting bone in order to replace the root of a natural tooth that has been lost. Then the placement of an abutment that will join the implant with the dental crown to form and provide the function of a single piece.

Depending on each case, bone and membrane grafts (biomaterials) are needed.

All in four (hybrid):

The all on four technique is a system that allows total fixed rehabilitation with implants of the upper and/or lower jaw in a totally edentulous patient. It consists of an immediate placement of the dental prosthesis on the same day of surgery. This treatment provides an effective restoration to patients and is aimed at replacing all the teeth of the upper or lower arch with a reduced number of dental implants.

Tooth extraction

This surgery consists of removing a tooth completely from the crown to the root. The reason for extraction may be tooth decay, infection or injury to the tooth.  Removing a tooth can help prevent an infection from spreading to other parts of the mouth.

Bone grafting:

It is a minor surgical procedure that will help the patient to recover the volume and structure of the jaw bone. It also helps to form a new bone in the place of the jaw where there used to be a tooth. A small incision is made in the gum to expose the bone underneath, and then the graft material is added.
